National and international experts will present on current innovations in medical homes, accountable care organizations, health insurance exchanges, prevention, integrative care, e-health, and cultural competence for the growing Hispanic populations in the U.S. Disease areas include diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, cancer and more. CME credits to be provided.
